NFL Week 2 Anytime Touchdown Scorer Player Prop Bets Picks & Predictions (2022)
Our Week 1 âAnytime TD Scorerâ props did not fare well as we went 0-4. We look to bounce back in Week 2
Deebo Samuel (-120 DraftKings)
Deebo Samuel is the focal point of this offense, we saw it all last year, and we saw it again in rain-soaked week 1 vs. the Chicago Bears.
Playing out of his âwide-backâ position, Deebo was targeted seven times but only had two catches for 14 yards. He also had eight rushing attempts for 52 yards and one touchdown.
With the injury to Mitchell, I am sure we will see Deebo splitting time between the backfield and the WR positions again and creating mismatches all game.
Last season the Seattle Seahawks allowed the most receptions and receiving yards to opposing running backs and have continued that trend this year. Last week against Denver, they allowed 16 receptions and 133 yards to Denverâs backfield and were lucky enough to recover two fumbles on the goal line, or they could have also let up two rushing touchdowns.
Trey Lance (+155 DraftKings)
I am going with another 49ers guy; itâs their QB this time. I like the idea of Kyle Shanahan and the 9ers bouncing back this week.
Seattle is coming off an emotional Week 1 win against Russell Wilson and the Broncos. Many say it was their âSuper Bowl,â so this could be a let-down sport for them.
The loss to the Bears did not leave a good taste in San Franciscoâs mouth, and they are eager to get back on the field to show what this team can do without worrying about playing in monsoon.
Last week Lance had 13 rush attempts for a total of 54 yards. Of those 12 rush attempts, 3 of them came inside the red zone.
Allen Robinson (+115 DraftKings)
Allen Robinsonâs Rams debut didnât go as planned. Pretty much the entire game for the Rams did not go as planned. The Buffalo Bills came out and made a statement with a double-digit win over the defending champions.
Allen Robinson had just one catch on two lousy targets.
Week 2 brings a lot of overreaction. Despite some struggles in week 1 for both the Rams and Robinson, I believe both parties will be fine moving forward.
Buffaloâs defense played zone for almost the entire game because their best CB, TreâDavious White, was out and had to make up for starting two rookie cornerbacks. Practically every throw Stafford made went towards Cooper Kupp or Tyler Higbee in the middle of the field. There was no attempt to push the ball downfield on the outside, where Allen Robinson was playing. Robinson was double-teamed all game as Buffalo had safety help on top all night.
Look for a bounce-back game for Allen Robinson.
Darren Waller (+135 DraftKings)
In 2021 the Arizona Cardinals were one the best teams to defend against the Tight End. The Cardinalsâ defense allowed only two touchdown receptions to TEs last season, which was the lowest in the NFL.
Last week the Cardinals were carved up by Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. Kelce had eight catches on nine targets for 121 yards and two touchdowns.
Now the Cardinals get to face another stud TE in Darren Waller. Waller is one of the few TEs in the league that can be compared to Travis Kece and replicate an outing like that. I am looking for Carr and Warren to have the same success as Mahomes and Kece had in Week 1.
