    NFL Week 2 Best Parlays

    (Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

    Parlay #1

    • Leg 1: New York Jets  (-180)
    • Leg 2: Green Bay Packers (+120)
    • Leg 3: Seattle Seahawks (-175)

There’s no need to panic with the Jets after their Week 1 loss against the 49ers. The Jets didn’t play well. But I’d rather panic over the Titans, who just blew a 17-point lead with bonehead decisions from Will Levis at quarterback. The Jets’ defense can force Levis into the same mistakes as last week, and the Jets’ offense will certainly improve under Aaron Rodgers at quarterback.

Meanwhile, even with Jordan Love doubtful, I’m in on the Packers. The Packers will likely start Malik Willis, but something about Green Bay’s style makes me believe Willis will perform at a high level at home.

Lastly, I’ll back the Seahawks at -175 to close out the parlay. The Patriots escaped the Bengals with a win but ultimately forced multiple turnovers around the goalline to achieve it. The Bengals made many mental errors. The Bengals would’ve won despite playing awful football if they hadn’t. Seattle’s defense looks elite this season, and the offense has way more potential than New England’s.

    Parlay #2

    • Leg 1: Jacksonville Jaguars (-162)
    • Leg 2: Los Angeles Rams (-102)
    • Leg 3: Pittsburgh Steelers (-148)

The Jacksonville Jaguars weren’t exceptional on offense, but they sure looked better than the Cleveland Browns in Week 1. The Browns, led by Deshaun Watson, added 17 points in a 33-17 loss. The Browns have no depth, either. The team lost all of its preseason games, so they’re stuck with what they’ve got.

On the other hand, the Rams ruled out Puka Nacua for at least four weeks. Los Angeles will rely on Demarcus Robinson, Tyler Johnson, and Tutu Atwell to fill his place. Those are reputable receivers that have had previous success. They’re basically all veterans at this point. On the other hand, Kyler Murray spoke to the media about how he doesn’t have to look for Marvin Harrison Jr. after the Cardinals drafted him inside the top five this season. That didn’t sit well with many.

Finally, did anyone see what the Steelers did to the Falcons last week? T.J. Watt and the defense swarmed Cousins and dominated defensively. Expect the same against Bo Nix, who is a rookie still learning how to be effective in the NFL.
