NFL Week 3 Line Movement

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

New England Patriots @ New York Jets

Early lookahead lines had the Jets as 7-point favorites. After the conclusion of last week’s games, we saw this line dip down to 6 and even to 5.5 for a short period before getting steamed back up to 6.5 over the last 24 hours.

Chicago Bears @ Indianapolis Colts

The Colts opened as 2.5-point home favorites. By the time the Bears game ended Sunday night, we saw significant movement dropping this line to 1 at DraftKings Sportsbook. There are some sports still showing 1.5, but it looks like most places are comfortable at 1.

Houston Texans @ Minnesota Vikings

The beloved Texans opened as 4.5 road favorites against the Vikings. After a lackluster performance on Sunday Night against the Bears combined with a Vikings upset win over the 49ers, we have seen heavy movement in favor of the Vikings.

As of Tuesday Afternoon, this line has dropped through the key number for three, finally setting down at 2.5 in most spots.

Philadelphia Eagles @ New Orleans Saints

Sunday morning, DraftKings Sportsbook listed the Eagles as a 2.5-point favorite against the Saints. By Monday morning we saw this line flip with the Saints now a 1-point home favorite.

Tuesday morning, just 12 hours after the Eagles lost at home, we saw this line jump to 3 before setting in at 2.5.

Miami Dolphins @ Seattle Seahawks

Early lookahead lines had the Dolphins as a 1-point road favorite as they head to Seattle. But with the injury to Tua Tagovailoa, this line reopened with the Seahawks as 6 or 6.5 points favorites depending on where you look.

Bettors thought this may be a little too aggressive as this line was steamed down to 4.5 by Tuesday morning.
