NFL Week 4 Early Odds, Picks & Predictions (2024)
Last week, we suggested backing the Vikings at +4 and the Chargers-Steelers Under 39.
The Vikings are now at +2, and the Chargers-Steelers game lost an entire field goal, bringing the total to 36.
Letâs find some more early value for Week 4âs slate in the NFL.

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers host the Denver Broncos at home this week. A win against Denver would improve the Buccaneersâ record to 3-0 on the season. Theyâve looked like one of the hottest teams in the NFL to begin the year, with wins against Washington and Detroit (on the road).
Meanwhile, theyâll take on the Eagles in Week 4, who will come off a road game against the Saints. So far, the Saints look just as good as the Buccaneers to begin the year. New Orleans has recorded a score on every drive Derek Carr has led so far.
If the Saints knock off the Eagles and the Buccaneers take care of the Broncos, Tampa Bay could become favorites at home in Week 4.
Letâs grab the Buccaneers at -108 for this Week 4 matchup.
Bet: Buccaneers (-108)
Los Angeles Rams vs. Chicago Bears
I donât care who is injured. Caleb Williams does not deserve to be a 3-point favorite as the starting quarterback, even at home against the Rams, who have multiple significant injuries.
Many teams are down on the Rams. But what if Los Angeles keeps it close against the 49ers at home this weekend? Los Angeles doesnât even have to win to impress some bettors.
Meanwhile, the Bears will take on the Colts in Week 3. If Chicago fails to score enough points to beat Indianapolis on the road, we might start to see some line change in favor of the Rams, not the Bears.
Grab the Rams at +3 (-115) before Week 3 even begins.
Bet: Rams +3 (-115)
Cleveland Browns vs. Las Vegas Raiders
The Cleveland Browns and Las Vegas Raiders are in odd spots heading into Week 3. The Browns will take on the Giants at home, and the Raiders will face the Panthers at home.
Both teams are expected to win by a solid differential. However, what if the Raiders struggle against Carolina with Andy Dalton under center?
Sometimes, a change at quarterback starts to rally a team. In addition, what if the Raiders, coming off an emotional win against the Ravens, donât play nearly as well against Carolina?
The Browns would start to see some movement in their direction.
After all, Las Vegas trailed the Ravens in Week 2 by ten points heading into the fourth quarter. I wouldnât get too hyped over the Raiders. Theyâll be an inconsistent squad throughout the season.
For the Panthers, thereâs newfound hope. Guys might play just a little harder and communicate a bit more.
Thatâs why Iâd consider Cleveland at -1 (-110) in Week 4.
Bet: Browns -1 (-110)
