NFL Week 6 Confidence Pool Advice, Picks & Predictions (2023)

We’ve gone 56-22 with our picks this season. We’re still ranked better than over 950,000 people on ESPN with 474 points.

We’re back for more for Week 6.

Here are my confidence picks for next weekend’s slate of games in the NFL.

NFL Confidence Pool Picks

(1) Seahawks | Seahawks vs. Bengals

The Bengals earned a win over the Cardinals. But I’m still not satisfied with that Cincinnati defense. Seattle will be dangerous coming off a bye week.

(2) Bears | Vikings vs. Bears

The Vikings’ season is a wash with Justin Jefferson on injured reserve (IR).

(3) Patriots | Patriots vs. Raiders

The Patriots will find a way against Josh McDaniels. Everyone wants to count New England out after a couple of games. Playing the Raiders will get them back on track.

(4) Cowboys | Cowboys vs. Chargers

The Dallas Cowboys looked miserable against the 49ers. But the offense will have no problem scoring against the Chargers.

(5) Commanders | Commanders vs. Falcons

I like Washington to bounce back in a big way. Atlanta isn’t a pass-heavy offense, despite what you saw last weekend.

(6) Jaguars | Colts vs. Jaguars

Indianapolis won’t have Anthony Richardson in the near future. That can’t help the Colts. Meanwhile, Trevor Lawrence has made huge plays in London over the past two weeks.

(7) Lions | Lions vs. Buccaneers

Tampa Bay is coming off a bye and should make this game enjoyable at home. But Detroit has been even more consistent than the Buccaneers this season.

(8) Saints | Saints vs. Texans

That New Orleans Saints defense has shown up this season. They’ll make it hard on the Houston Texans’ rookie, C.J. Stroud. Stroud might even throw his first interception of his career in this one.

(9) Ravens | Ravens vs. Titans

Baltimore’s receivers need to start catching passes. But it’s not like Tennessee’s pass-catching depth is any better.

(10) 49ers | 49ers vs. Browns

I’m confident in saying that the 49ers could be the best team in NFL history. Who is beating them?

(11) Rams | Cardinals vs. Rams

Cooper Kupp made his season debut and wasn’t limited at all. That’s fantastic news for the Rams moving forward.

(12) Eagles | Eagles vs. Jets

The Jets will have their moments. But the defense likely won’t hold it together enough against the Eagles’ offense.

(13) Dolphins | Panthers vs. Dolphins

De’Von Achane might not be able to play. But the Dolphins will call plays for whoever, whenever they see fit. Mike McDaniel is the best offensive play-caller in the league. Watch him shine against a winless Carolina team.

(14) Bills | Giants vs. Bills

The Giants won’t keep up with Buffalo, especially on the road.

(15) Chiefs | Broncos vs. Chiefs

I don’t think Kansas City is all that this year. But I know that the Broncos aren’t anything. Take the Chiefs with the most confidence points.
