NFL Week 7 Odds, Picks & Predictions: Falcons vs. Bengals
These are two surprising 3-3 teams for starkly different reasons. Many expected the Falcons to be competitors for the number one pick, but they have shown their cards as a team capable of beating anybody with their unique offensive attack. On the other hand, the Super Bowl runner-up Bengals have stumbled their way to a 3-3 start, and were fortunate to escape New Orleans with a victory in week six.
It was shocking to see this spread at Bengals -6, and Atlanta deserves more credit for their hot start to the season. The Falcons currently rank seventh in Offensive DVOA, and eighth in EPA / Play. Atlanta should have no issue keeping pace with the Bengals, and sportsbooks may be late to adjust their priors in setting lines this week.
Falcons +6.5, Lean o47.5
