NHL Odds, Picks & Predictions for Saturday: Coyotes vs. Bruins

Arizona Coyotes (+265) vs. Boston Bruins (-335) o/u 6.5 (105/115)

It was a rough season in Phoenix last year as the Coyotes finished with the fewest points in the Western Conference, and it looks like they are on their way to the same this year. The team has yet to win a game this season, falling to Penguins 6-2 in the season opener, but also didn’t win a preseason game.

Arizona looked awful against Pittsburgh and couldn’t put any offensive pressure with just 28 shots, and they could not defend the blue line as the Pens took an incredible 53 shots.

The Bruins were average on offense last season, finishing 15th in goals per game, but they got contributions on their front lines in the 5-2 road win against the Capital. Their goaltending and defense are where they shine, as they finished fourth in goals against and third in shots against.

At home, Boston will come away with an easy win.

Pick: Bruins -1.5 (-134)
