Kris Letang OVER 0.5 Points vs. New York Rangers (-125)
The Penguins are one of the hotter teams in the league going 7-2-1 over their last ten games, but they are coming off an upset loss to Montreal.
They're getting their typical offensive production from Sidney Crosby, who should have 100 points again this year, and Jake Guentzel and Evgeni Malkin should each have 30 goals.
The more significant concern is the defense. The blue line allows 33.5 shots per game, and Tristian Jarry has been inconsistent since his return from injury a couple of weeks ago.
Although they allow a lot of shots, the top defenseman pairing with Letang is incredible on offense. Letang is coming averaging a point in the last five games, and I like him combing away with one tonight.
Brad Marchand OVER 2.5 Shots On Goal (-135) vs. Winnipeg Jets
The Bruins are coming into tonight losing three of their last four games. The shocking part might be that those losses were against two non-playoff teams in Detroit and Chicago.
Even with this mini-slump, they could set the record for most wins and points in a season. The team does not have any weak points â they're near the top in even-strength offense, special teams, and they have the best goaltender. They'll travel to Winnipeg to take on the slumping Jets, who have lost ten of their last 14.
I like the shots on goal number they are giving Marchand. He has 15 SOG in his last five games, and the Bruins have been able to attack the net, and they're just not getting them through.
James McCann Anytime Goal vs. San Jose Sharks (+110)
The Kraken are in the middle of a slump, losing three in a row. This dropped them down to Wild Card territory.
Seattleâs has been outstanding all season on offense, and the defense pairings play well, but they haven't gotten consistent goaltending. They get a favorable matchup against the Sharks, who have lost 12 of their last 15.
McCann is having a breakout season with a career-high 33 goals and 52 points. Although he blanked in both games against Dallas, he's lit the lamp in five of the last eight.
