Best NHL Plus Money Player Prop Bets
It’s an Avalanche-heavy day, friends.
Blue Line Special POTD: Devon Toews 1+ Assist (+160 ESPN)
Devon Toews is the “Cale Makar Lite†of the Colorado Avalanche. Instead of Makar’s line of 1.5 points, however, books are giving us solid plus money on one point (+120) and the POTD of one assist. In Toews’s career against the Islanders, he has three goals and four assists in six games. Toews skates on the Avalanche’s first line alongside Makar, Nathan MacKinnon, and Mikko Rantanen, which gives him ample opportunity to snag a helper in today’s game.
Plus-Money Paired Points Parlay: Nathan MacKinnon + Clayton Keller (+139 DK)
Once again, MacKinnon’s line sits at 1.5, and it’s worth the play. Like McDavid, the Colorado center excels at home, collecting 89 points (55 assists) on home ice in 2023-2024. On the other side, Clayton Keller has six points in three games and has been the model of consistency for around three years. I like both of them to pick up a point for a nice payday.
