NHL Playoffs Player Prop Bet Picks & Predictions: Saturday (5/6)

Just one game tonight, but it should be a good one featuring the Vegas Golden Knights and Edmonton Oilers. Both teams showed off the offense in Game 1, totaling ten goals between them. Edmonton faces another 0-1 deficit. Can they overcome it again?

Leon Draisaitl over 1.5 points (-115)

The Oilers come into Game 2 with the best-scoring offense in the playoffs. That's familiar territory since they were the best in the regular season.

It is impossible to contain an offense with three guys who finished the regular season with 100 points and four that were 30-plus goal scorers. One of those guys is Draisaitl, who, if the Oilers go all the way, looks to be a lock for the Conn Smythe.

Draisaitl is tied for the most points (15) and the most goals (7) in the playoffs. He's been so good that a multiple-point o/u doesn't even get an even return, but it's still a bet you should take.

Jonathan Marchessault over 2.5 shots on goal (-130)

Right behind the Oilers in goals during the playoffs are the Golden Knights. They racked up six in their Game 1 win. Their attack has been more balanced, and they have three players with at least four goals in the playoffs.

One guy who didn't grab a point in Game 1 was Marchessault. Although, he was aggressive at attacking the net and took a couple of shots within ten feet: one in the face-off circle and another from his own zone. He's averaging 3.6 shots per game against the Oilers this season.
