NHL Playoffs Player Prop Bet Picks & Predictions: Tuesday (5/9)

Two crucial Game 4, with each series being 2-1. This game can change the course of the series for either team to all but end it or make it into a best-of-three. Let’s look at some players that could impact tonight’s games.

Jack Hughes Anytime Goal (+120)

Tell me if you've seen this before. The Devils go down 0-2, and they get a big win the game after. New Jersey cut Carolina's series lead in half as the offense showed up for an 8-4 victory. They had trouble out-skating the Hurricanes throughout this series but finally got some quality shots near the net.

The guy who helped lead the comeback against the Rangers contributed big time in Game 4. Jack Hughes had his first multi-point performance with two goals and two assists. He had goals in Games 3 & 4 of the last series, and I like that trend to continue here.

Roope Hintz OVER 2.5 Shots On Goal (-115)

The Stars took a bad loss in Game 3, with the Kraken going up 4-0 early and ultimately winning 7-2. The Seattle defense was outstanding in this matchup, and Jake Oettinger put up a rare dud. For the Stars to get back into this series, they need more guys to step up.

One guy that needs to start contributing is Roope Hintz. He had 12 points in the series against Minnesota (5G 7A), but so far, he has just one assist against Seattle. If the Stars are going to pull it off, they need more from him. His shots on goal prop is set surprisingly low with a great value on the over.
