NHL Playoffs Same Game Parlay Picks & Predictions: Tuesday (4/25)
We have two series that are tied at two, so tonightâs game is important for each team because they donât want to be on the brink of elimination. One game has a team whose season could end tonight, so weâll see where to side there.
Today's Best NHL Same Game Parlay Bets
All odds via DraftKings Sportsbook.
New York Islanders vs. Carolina Hurricanes
- Leg 1: Hurricanes -1.5 (+155)
- Leg 2: UNDER 5.5 Total Goals (-135)
- Leg 3: UNDER 1.5 Total First Period Goals (-130)
The Islanders hoped a Game 3 win would propel them to a comeback, but the Hurricanes regrouped and cruised to a 5-2 win.
The same thing that lost them the first two games in this series happened again in Game 4; the power play. The Islanders gave up two more power play goals in this game and have allowed Carolina to convert 6-of-11 opportunities in this series. On the other side, the Hurricanes have been dominating penalty kills and have allowed just 1-of-12.
Carolina is clearly the better team. The Isles have the defense and goaltending talent, but they've struggled to contain the Canes, who are the most well-balanced team in the league. Expect this series to conclude tonight.

Minnesota Wild vs. Dallas Stars
- Leg 1: Wild +1.5 (-215)
- Leg 2: UNDER 5.5 Total Goals (-130)
- Leg 3: Jason Robertson Anytime Goal (+120)
This has been an even series. Each team has won every other game and has a one- and four-goal win.
Both teams could be without one of their star forwards. Joe Pavelski is still out with a head injury, and Joel Eriksson Ek has a lower-body injury.
We know who will be in the crease for Dallas. Jake Oettinger has been solid, with 0.7 goals saved above expected. Minnesota switched between Filip Gustavsson and Marc-Andre Fleury in the regular season, but Gustavsson has gotten three of the four starts in this series. He's been the better goalie in this series, with 3.0 goals saved above expected.
This under has hit twice in this series and four of six in the regular season, so I'll favor a low-scoring game.

Edmonton Oilers vs. Los Angeles Kings
- Leg 1: Oilers ML (-240)
- Leg 2: UNDER 6.5 Total Goals (-105)
- Leg 3: Ryan Nugent-Hopkins Anytime Goal (+165)
The Kings/Oilers has been the best series in the first round. In Game 4, we saw our third overtime, but this time it would be Edmonton who would light the final lamp and make this a best of three.
The roles were reversed in Game 4, and it was the Kings who got out to an early lead. This time it was the Oilers who made a comeback and sealed it with a goal by Zach Hyman.
Edmonton is showing how deep this roster is because Connor McDavid only has two goals in this series. Leon Draisaitl, who finished the season with the second-most points, has nine in this series, including five goals, and Evander Kane also has a pair.
Edmonton continues to pound the crease and might have finally cracked Joonas Korpisalo. We could see a quick hook if the Kings fall behind, but I like the moment for the Oilers.
