We’re back to a three-game slate with some of my favorites to bet on. Unfortunately, they’re playing against some of my least favorites, so it should be an interesting night.

Victor Hedman Less Than 2.5 Shots on Goal
Hedman has only cleared this number in 14 of 48 games this season, and the Rangers allow the third-fewest shots per game to opposing defensemen at 7.19. I’ve tracked this for prop purposes, and it is typically Tampa Bay’s second line on defense (Mikhail Sergachev and Erik Cernak) that gets the shot opportunities. On paper, this matchup looks like a slugfest, and even if it breaks open, the Rangers are likely to get more shots on goal thanks to their stellar defense.
