Seattle Kraken at Minnesota Wild

  • Leg 1: Wild -1.5 (+164)
  • Leg 2: Under 6 Total Goals (-115)
  • Leg 3: Jared McCann Over 0.5 Points (-120)

There were high expectations for the Kraken after they made their first playoff appearance last year, but they didn't meet them, and after tonight, they are going home. They had a good start to the season, but towards the middle, they stumbled and have been 14-21-4 since January 15th. That mostly has to do with the lack of offense, and they are 28th in expected goals per 60.

This will be the first time in the last five seasons that the Wild miss the playoffs. There could be some changes during the offseason, but there's already one player we know will be back; Marc-Andre Fleury has re-signed for next season, and the 39-year-old future Hall of Famer said next year would be his last.

The Wild have a +6 goal differential in their two matchups, and they should end the season strong.

Parlay Odds: +805

Chicago Blackhawks at Los Angeles Kings

  • Leg 1: Kings -1.5 (-135)
  • Leg 2: Over 6 Total Goals (-105)
  • Leg 3: Kevin Fiala Anytime Goal (+145)

In a meaningless game, Chicago will likely change up their line combinations. This will mean some of their younger guys with fewer minutes should get more playing time as they look towards the future. The future could be bright, with Connor Bedard leading the way along with another possible top pick.

The Kings have something to play for in Game 82. They are just one point behind Vegas for third in the Pacific and two points behind Nashville for the first Wild Card, so they could play either Dallas or Edmonton in the opening round.

We'll see if playoff seeding matters for them, but talent-wise, LA is better and has a much deeper roster.

Parlay Odds: +733

San Jose Sharks at Calgary Flames

  • Leg 1: Flames -1.5 (-105)
  • Leg 2: Flames Total Team Goals Over 3.5 (-145)
  • Leg 3: Nazem Kadri Anytime Goal (+155)

What an awful season for the Sharks. The best thing about being this bad is that they have the best opportunity to get the No. 1 overall pick. There are some forwards to potentially build around; Mikael Granlund has 47 assists, and Fabian Zetterlund has 23 goals, but the defense and goaltending need to be completely revamped, as they allowed nearly four goals per game.

The Flames are coming into this game with a couple of high offensive performances, scoring six against Arizona and Anaheim. There's no doubt that they have a few playmakers, with five players having 50+ points. The top line has been fantastic to end the season, with Nazem Kadri having four goals and Andrei Kuzmenko having five goals.

Going against this awful San Jose defense, the Flames' fire will be hot to end the season.

Parlay Odds: +741
