(NHL odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Seattle Kraken at Toronto Maple Leafs
- Leg 1: Auston Matthews Anytime Scorer (-135)
- Leg 2: Over 6.5 Goals (+100)
- Leg 3: Jordan Eberle Over 0.5 Points (+114)
Itâs been a tough stretch for Toronto, as theyâve gone 1-2-1 in their last four games. They have to be happy with their offense in the previous game, scoring five, but more importantly, they broke through against reigning Vezina Trophy winner Connor Hellebuyck.
Anthony Stolarz had a three-game streak of allowing two goals, but now he's allowed four in each of his last two games. He faced only 23 shots and nearly blew a 4-0 lead in his previous start.
It should be an exciting game if the Kraken can maintain the same offensive effort. After only scoring six goals in their first three games, they scored eight goals in their last game, including four in the first 10 minutes against the Canadiens.
The first line of Jared McCann and Jordan Eberle can compete. We could see a lot of goals in this one.

Anaheim Ducks at Pittsburgh Penguins
- Leg 1: Ducks +1.5 (-162)
- Leg 2: Ducks Over 2.5 Goals (-130)
- Leg 3: Under 1.5 First Period Goals (+114)
The Ducks' offense is brutal, averaging 2.30 goals and 26.8 shots. They are trying to build a roster; Troy Terry is the veteran they are trying to build behind and they drafted Mason McTavish and Leo Carlsson in recent years hoping to make them a competitor.
One certain thing is that Lukas Dostal is their starting goalie. Last yearâs backup should keep that job when John Gibson returns, as he leads the league with 10.8 goals saved above expected.
In the last game, the Penguins got off to an early 2-0 lead against the Wild, but like most games this year, the defense struggled and allowed four unanswered goals. That will happen when you have one point in your last six games. This now puts them last in goals allowed per game at 4.27 and 23rd in save percentage at .886.
The Pittsburgh offense is scoring a solid three goals per game, but they may struggle even against a bad Ducks offense with one of the best goalies early on.
