NFL Week 15 Odds, Picks & Predictions: Patriots vs. Raiders

The Patriots are an extremely fraudulent team. Six of their seven wins have come at the expense of current NFL backups, with the lone victory coming at home against Jared Goff's Lions. Their defense rates admirably (1st in EPA / Play, 4th in Weighted DVOA), but again– how much of this is a product of their favorable schedule against opposing QBs?

Additionally, New England's offense continues to be stagnant, and the frustrations of QB Mac Jones have been obvious. The Raiders should be able to pressure the young QB, and their run defense has been adequate of late.

The Raiders were abysmal the last time they took the field, but this is a great spot to endorse them once again. They have a massive edge on offense, are playing at home on extended rest, and are still alive to sneak into the AFC playoff picture.
