Premier League Matchday 13 Odds, Picks & Predictions (2022)
Nearly a third of the 2022-23 English Premier League (EPL) season has now come and gone, as teams jockey for position at the bottom and top of the table. At the top, six teams are separated by less than 10 points, as Arsenal currently leads the way with 28 points accrued through nine wins and one draw.
The middle of the table is where the betting value usually is, however, as teams jockey for position at a chance for the postseason (or relegation). Letâs take a closer look at two matches Iâm dialed in on this week in the EPL.

English Premier League Matchday 13 Odds, Picks & Predictions (2022)
Manchester United (-145) vs. West Ham (+390)
Currently sitting #6 on the table just outside Champions League contention, Man U comes into this game on a 2-0-2 run over their last four, with their last loss coming on October 2 (Man City 6, Man U 3). Over their recent four-game run, United has a goal differential of +3, getting them back to even on the year as they enter this one with a goal differential of exactly zero.
As for West Ham, a slow start was followed up by three wins over their past five games, as they come into this week #10 on the table and looking to make another jump on the road here. A closer look shows two of their recent wins have come against some of the worst teams in the EPL (Wolves and Bournemouth), and all struggles this year have come against worthy adversaries.
Led by striker Marcus Rashford, Man U is one of those worthy adversaries. Look for the home team to roll in this one.
Pick: Manchester United -145
Leeds (-110) vs. Bournemouth (+310)
Speaking of Bournemouth, they come into this week having dropped two straight and in a prime position to make it three as they hit the road to Leeds. Over those two losses, Bournemouth has a goal differential of -2, failing to find the back of the net since an October 15th match vs. Fulham.
As for Leeds, a decent start has been followed up by four straight losses, as they come into this one in desperate need of a win. A closer look shows those losses have almost all come against the upper-echelon teams, and despite sitting #18 on the table, they still only have a goal differential of -5.
Look for Leeds to get back on track in this one at home.
Pick: Leeds -110
