San Francisco 49ers @ Philadelphia Eagles

Once again, we’re fading the Philadelphia Eagles, who have benefitted two weeks in a row from poor late-game execution from their opponents. The Eagles deserve all the credit for going out and winning those games, but this team could just as easily have two or three fewer wins to their record.

But, like last week, I don’t love the value on this game as much as I did earlier in the week. The 49ers opened the week as short underdogs but have now moved to as high as 3-point road favorites. I had grabbed the Niners at -115 earlier in the week, but I still don’t mind playing them on the moneyline at this juicier price.

The 49ers are healthier and have motivation on their side, as this is a revenge game from last season’s NFC Championship. San Francisco’s offense has been a machine in the weeks since Deebo Samuel and Trent Williams returned to health. And from a matchup perspective, I think this game also favors San Francisco.

The Eagles have some issues in the secondary, where they rank 14th in pass defense EPA. Plus, a Philadelphia run defense that ranks 24th in EPA could be without two key cogs up the middle, Fletcher Cox and Zach Cunningham.

The 49ers just have more firepower in this matchup, and while Jalen Hurts and the Philly offense are finding ways to win, this offense just doesn’t look right at times, as evidenced in the first half against Buffalo.

Bet: 49ers ML (-148)

Memphis Grizzlies @ Phoenix Suns

The Grizzlies play the second contest of a three-game road trip, and no matter the venue for Memphis, it’s been all about the Under lately. The total went Under by rather comfortable fashion in the first stop of the trip in Dallas, as the Grizz won 108-94 on a total of 224.5. The total has ended up going low six games in a row for the Grizzlies, which includes a 110-89 loss at home against the Suns on Nov. 24 with a line of 220.5.

The Suns have alternated the Over and Under in each of the past five games, falling 119-111 against the Denver Nuggets at home on Friday night. One thing that could determine your unit allocation on this wager is the status of G Devin Booker. He hasn’t played since Nov. 29 and is listed as questionable due to an ankle injury. If he is out, along with his 27.3 PPG, 8.5 APG and 5.4 RPG, that’s a lot of production on the sidelines, too.

Bets: Under 218.5 (-110)

#20 Colorado State @ Washington

A ranked Colorado State (7-0) team, currently No. 20 in The Associated Press’ Top 25 poll, takes on Washington (4-2) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The Rams have not only won all seven games to date, including a five-point win over rival Colorado last time out, but they also covered six in a row since their lone non-cover in the opener on Nov. 6 against Louisiana Tech.

The Huskies bounced back from an OT loss to San Diego State on Nov. 19, posting an 83-56 win over UC San Diego last time out as a 15.5-point favorite. Still, Washington is just 2-2 ATS in four games overall. The Rams are the play here, as they have fired out of the chute and into the rankings. Colorado State also has impressive wins over Boston College and Creighton, in addition to topping Colorado.

Bet: Colorado State -5.5 (-110)
