Thursday Night Football Touchdown Scorer Prop Bet Picks: Saints vs. Cardinals (Week 7)
This Thursday, the Saints and Cardinals will square off in Phoenix. It's a showdown between two teams that are desperate for a win. Both teams are 2-4 but sit just one game back of their respective division leads. The winner of this game will see themselves back in the playoff picture. The loser may start looking ahead to next yearâs draft class.
Between injuries, personnel changes and two offenses that have been generally unpredictable this year, there's plenty of value in TD Props. Below are three TD props I'll be playing for during Thursdayâs game.

Rondale Moore (WR â ARI) Anytime TD +300 (DK)
After missing the first three games of the season due to injury, Moore has seen steady usage every week since. Over the last two weeks, he has been the recipient of 18 targets and 2 carries. Moore doesn't have a TD yet, but the opportunity has been there.
After Marquise Brown's unfortunate injury at the end of last week's game against the Seahawks, I expect Moore to see an uptick in usage going forward. DeAndre Hopkins will be playing Thursday night for the first time this season, returning from his six-game suspension for PED usage. Despite this, Moore should be able to step into the targets that would have gone to Brown. Hopkins also carries an anytime TD price of +120. Moore's +300 price represents a much better value.
The Saints have allowed 7 TDs to WRs in 6 games â tied for 6th most in the league. With Moore's usage and opportunity, I think he's the most likely Cardinals player to get in the end zone Thursday night.
Taysom Hill (QB,TE â NO) Anytime TD +160 (FD)
Hill has seen interesting usage so far in 2022. He throws passes, catches passes, logs rush attempts, blocks and has five TDs in six games (27 touches). With both Jameis Winston and Andy Dalton nursing injuries ahead of Thursday's game, I wouldn't be surprised if Hill sees his most robust usage of the season against the Cardinals.
Hill is effectively the short-yardage back for the Saints with four of his five TDs coming inside the red zone. Given that he may get some legitimate QB usage on top of his typical red-zone usage, I'm surprised to see this prop priced at +160. The Cardinals have allowed one rushing TD per game on average, and I think Hill is the most likely Saints player to score a rushing touchdown Thursday night.
Even if Dalton or Winston is able to play, Hill's short-yardage ability makes this a good bet. If the other QBs aren't at 100 percent, Hill's resulting opportunity bump makes this an exceptional play.
Alvin Kamara (RB â NO) First TD +750 (DK)
Surprisingly, for a team that was supposed to have a top offense coming into the season, the Cardinals have yet to score the first TD in any of their games. In fact, they've only scored two first-half TDs all year. Their best offense has come late in games when Kyler Murray improvises. Thatâs the reason I'm staying off the Cardinals.
On the Saints' side, Kamara is off to a disappointing start to the season relative to his high standards. He hasn't scored a TD yet this year despite posting 437 yards from scrimmage on 83 touches.
Hill's tendency to vulture TDs when the Saints get in the red zone negatively impacts Kamaraâs scoring production. While Hill's red-zone carries will threaten this play, I expect the Saints to lean heavily on their best playmaker early in the game to get points on the board.
I think Kamara will have plenty of touches on the Saints first couple of drives. With his big-play ability, that could be enough to get his first TD of the season early on in Thursdayâs contest.
