Seattle Mariners (+104) at New York Yankees (-122) | O/U 8 (-102/-120)
The Yankees can get a much-needed sweep against the Mariners tonight. The lineup is still struggling without Aaron Judge, but they’ve been getting enough done in this series behind some great pitching. Let’s see what they get from Domingo German tonight. He’s coming off a dreadful start allowing seven earned runs in two innings against the Red Sox, and his start in Seattle wasn’t great, allowing four earned runs.
Seattle is continuing to lose ground in AL West, and they’ve won back-to-back games just once since May 29th. The offense that excelled last season has struggled in 2023, as they’re 29th in batting average and 27th in strikeouts. Rookie Bryan Woo has steadily improved since his debut, where he allowed six earned runs and has allowed just four total runs in his last two starts.
While German has had some awful starts this season, he’s been great at home with a 2.92 ERA and over nine strikeouts per nine. The Yanks will push through with another win.

WNBA Best Bets
Washington Mystics vs. Chicago Sky
The Washington Mystics recently knocked off the Sky, 77-69, on their home floor. They’ll be on the road tonight, but the result will probably be similar.
The Mystics are already 2-0 against the Sky and have held Chicago to 69 points in each game.
In the most recent matchup, Washington shot just 39.1% from the field but earned 26 foul shot attempts to escape at home. The Sky out-shot the Mystics but didn’t get to the line as much. They also turned the ball over 14 more times.
The Sky have turned the ball over 20+ times in both games against the Mystics. The turnovers and fouls are going to hurt Chicago moving forward.

NBA Draft Best Bets
Jarace Walker No. 7 Overall Pick (+175)
For a while, it looked like Walker was going to be a top-five pick. Now, he could fall entirely out of the top 10. Walker doesn’t have an overwhelming amount of upside on the offensive end, but he is great defensively. The question is, will a team with a lottery pick be willing to take a chance on a player with his skillset?
With it looking like Walker will probably fall out of the top five, the next place we see him being picked is at No. 7 by the Pacers. With Walker, the Pacers would have a physical frontcourt that would all but neutralize their opponent’s interior offense.
At +175, this is a really good price for Walker to go at seven. If you want to hedge, his odds of going at No. 10 (to the Mavericks) are +2200, and his odds of going in the top five are +440. Those are the three likeliest scenarios for Walker, and there is a way to play all three and ensure you come out as a winner.
