Seattle Seahawks @ Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys have won five of their last six games, with their only loss coming against the Philadelphia Eagles. While none of their five wins during that stretch have come over a team with a record above .500, the Cowboys' dominance should not be understated.

Each of their last four wins have been by at least 23 points, as they have scored at least 43 points in three of their last five games. The defense has allowed more than 20 points just three times all season, and with how the Seahawks' offense is currently playing, it's hard to imagine them having much success against Dallas.

Geno Smith was just 18-27 for 180 yards and one interception last week against the 49ers. This week, he faces a Cowboys' defense that is allowing 45 fewer passing yards per game than the 49ers. If the Seahawks weren't above .500, this spread would be double-digits. Don't worry about the records, just look at how both teams have played of late.

Bet: Cowboys -9.0 (-105)

Portland Trail Blazers @ Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cavaliers have now picked up consecutive wins, including an impressive 128-105 win against the visiting Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday. Cleveland covered a 4.5-point number in that game to halt an 0-3 ATS skid.

Cleveland heads into this one as a rare double-digit favorite. In fact, this is just the second time all season that the Cavs have been favored by 10 or more points. The first occasion was on Nov. 15 in Portland, resulting in  a 109-95 win and cover.

Portland scored a win at Indiana on Monday night, posting a 114-110 outright victory as an 11.5-point underdog. The Trail Blazers also covered as a 12.5-point underdog in Milwaukee in a 108-102 loss on Sunday. However, Portland can't be trusted against the Cavaliers, who handled them in the Rose City. The Blazers are just 2-9 straight up in their past 12 games, and 3-5 ATS in the past eight games overall. Roll with the Cavs.

Bets: Cavaliers -11.5 (-110)

NHL Best Bets

New Jersey Devils @ Philadelphia Flyers

The Devils are fresh off of erasing a two-goal deficit in the third period to beat the New York Islanders. Next up, a road trip to Philadelphia, where the Flyers await. Philadelphia is 1-3 SU in its last four games played. Most of the Flyers' games have gone under this season, going 14-6-2 toward the total goals scored line.

New Jersey is the complete opposite, going 15-5 toward the over. Something has to give in this contest. Devils goaltender Vitek Vanecek is projected to start in the crease and he's struggled, allowing four goals in three of his past four starts.

Flyers goalie Carter Hart has also surrendered three goals in four consecutive starts, so getting plus odds on over 6.5 total goals is too enticing to pass on. Let's invest a unit on over 6.5 total goals between New Jersey and Philadelphia, with one high-octane offense and two goaltenders struggling to stop shots on goal.

Bet: Over 6.5 Total Goals (+100)
