Lauri Markkanen OVER 15.5 Points -110 via DraftKings
Since the All-Star Break, Lauri Markkanen appears to be much healthier and has a role that is expanding as the season goes on. He is averaging 16.7 points per game over this time and has increased this to 18.1 points in his last seven games. His recent surge comes on the heels of the absence of Jarrett Allen and the combination of increased usage and accuracy from three-point range. Look for him to keep up this pace against a Lakers team that is far from a threat right now, especially in terms of guarding the Finnish seven-footer.
Seth Curry OVER 16.5 Points -110 via FanDuel
After a couple of games off, Seth Curry came back with a vengeance, scoring 27 points and leading the Nets to victory over Portland on the heels of a loss. As a Net, he has averaged 16.8 points per game and has eclipsed the 20-point mark on six different occasions, which were all home games for Brooklyn. With Kyrie Irving still unable to play in games at the Barclays Center, and the Nets having an extremely favorable matchup, look for Curry to run the offense and get plenty of usage.
Luka Doncic OVER 31.5 Points -105 via DraftKings
Luka Doncic is having another fantastic season, averaging 28 points per game, and leading this Mavericks team to some hard wins, even with inconsistent turnover in terms of injuries. The Slovenian superstar has taken his game to a new level over the last 15 games, averaging 33.5 points game, with multiple games over 40, and shooting 40.5% from three! He has scored exactly 37 points in two of the last three games, and I expect him to get near this number once again in what should be a faster-paced game than they are used to against the resurgent Minnesota Timberwolves.
Nikola Vucevic Double-Double/Bulls to Win +148 via FanDuel
This is an amazing spot to back Vuc and the Bulls, as the Raptors are on the second half of a back-to-back traveling to Chicago, which is a tough place to play to begin with. Yes, the Bulls are going through it a bit having lost three straight games on the road, but they will for sure be happy to get home for this one after two days off. Nikola Vucevic is the starting center for these Bulls, and he has been a machine on the glass. The three-time All-Star center has four double-doubles in his last six games and is poised to do so against a Raptors team that lacks a true physical presence at center to keep him off the glass. Look for Vuc to clean the glass and create runs for the Bulls team, who love to come alive in the second half.
