Detroit Mercy vs Wright State: Detroit Mercy +4 (-110)

(7:00 PM ET tip)

Detroit has won three straight games and although the last one was against a non-D1 opponent, I’m buying Detroit’s winning streak. Not only did Detroit win all of those three games, but Detroit won them by double digits.

Wright State, on the other hand, has lost two of its last three and have struggled to defend. Watch out if Detroit gets hot from downtown. Detroit is already shooting 36.8 percent from three and Wright State is allowing teams to shoot a 51.7 percent effective field goal percentage this season.

Meanwhile, Wright State should have their way inside the arc, but the reality is, threes are more than twos and as long as Detroit matches from long distance, they’ll be able to cover the small spread.

Bet: Detroit Mercy +4 -(110)

Miami OH vs Akron: Over 136 (-110)

(6:30 PM ET tip)

Miami Ohio and Akron both rarely turn the ball over and both love to shoot threes. That’s always a great recipe for success when it comes to the over. But also, both teams are awful at forcing turnovers and defending the three. That makes it even more sweeter.

Teams are shooting 39.1 percent from deep against Miami Ohio while teams are shooting 35.2 percent from long range against Akron. With few turnovers, you’ll get more shot attempts. With more shot attempts, you get more points. With more points, you get the over.

And then once you get the over, you can cashout and win money. That’s how I see this game playing out!

Bet: Over 136 (-110)

San Diego State vs Colorado State: San Diego State +3.5 (-100)

(9:00 PM ET tip)

Colorado State was having the season of its life just last week. But after two straight losses, things are starting to be questioned around there.

Colorado State has one of the better offenses in the nation. They’ll rarely miss, hitting 37.9 percent from three and 56.5 percent from inside the arc. However, San Diego State’s defense is one of the best in the country too, where the Aztecs have held opponents to 28.9 percent from three and 41.6 percent from inside the arc.

The offense of Colorado State against the defense of San Diego State is going to be extremely fun, but I would like to think San Diego State forces Colorado State into some bad shots in this game.

Meanwhile, San Diego State doesn’t have the best offense either, but defense turns into offense and if the Aztecs can hold Colorado State way below its averages, they’ll be in good shape to cover in this game.

Bet: San Diego State +3.5 (-110)
