Philadelphia 76ers vs. Boston Celtics (-7) | O/U 225 (-108/-112)

The Celtics are disappointed they didn't make it back to the finals last year, so they made big moves, and it's paying off. They are currently the best team in net rating and in the top five in adjusted defensive and offensive ranking. They'll be without their big man Kristaps Porzingis, as he deals with a calf strain.

It’s not good to miss your center when your opposition's center is the reigning MVP. Joel Embiid is currently a game-time decision with an illness, but he should be on the court, and he brings 32 points per game, which is first, and 11.3 rebounds, which is fifth. The 76ers will be missing a key player in their backcourt as Kelly Oubre Jr. is out.

The rivalry between these two is always fun to watch, but with Porzingis out, the defense takes a big hit with Al Horford playing significant minutes Give Philly the points in this one.

Pick: 76ers +7 (-110)

Denver Nuggets (-2) vs. Phoenix Suns | O/U 225.5 (-108/-112)

This is the matchup of the night with two potential championship contenders. The Suns struggled a couple of weeks ago, but the impact of Devin Booker showed as the Suns have won seven of their last eight. Unfortunately, he's listed as questionable for this matchup as he continues to deal with an ankle injury, and they still don't have Bradley Beal in the lineup.

The Nuggets’ recent struggles were due to the absence of Jamal Murray, but he's back in the lineup, and the champs have won three straight. Murray is questionable for this game, but so is Aaron Gordon, who did miss the last game with a heel issue.

Even with uncertainty with both lineups, the Nuggets still have Nikola Jokic, who has the ability to take over a game and lead the team to a win

Pick: Nuggets -2 (-110)

Memphis Grizzlies vs. Dallas Mavericks (-9.5) | O/U 230 (-110/-110)

The Mavericks had some trouble recently, to where Jason Kidd was calling out media members, but they did win two of the last three. This is coming with the help of Luka Doncic, who has 30+ points in four of the last five games, and coming off a 41-point performance against the Rockets.

The Grizzles have been one of the worse teams to start the season, as they are 4-13 and have lost four of their last five. Defensively this team is solid as they sit right in the middle of the adjusted defensive ratings, but we're seeing the impact without Ja Morant in the lineup as they sit 27th in adjusted offensive rankings.

While the Grizz could keep the Mavs contained on the defensive front, right now, they don't have the offensive capabilities to keep up with these playmakers.

Pick: Mavericks -9.5 (-110)
