Top NBA Odds, Picks & Predictions: Wednesday (3/27)
After finishing 2-0 with our best bets last night, weâll look to continue that momentum into tonightâs massive slate. With 12 games on the board, thereâs plenty of value.
Here are our two best NBA bets you should consider for tonight, Wednesday, March 27.

Los Angeles Clippers @ Philadelphia 76ers
Other than Philadelphiaâs game against the Clippers on March 24, the 76ers have really struggled offensively. However, the 76ers scored 139.2 points per 100 possessions and added 121 points in a double-digit win over the Clippers in that game.
In most of their recent games, the 76ers havenât turned the ball over at a high rate. However, they have also shot pretty horribly over the last month. Itâs just that one game against the Clippers that stands out.
Ironically, theyâre facing the Clippers tonight, this time at home. The Clippers have played well offensively over the last four games, scoring at least 124.4 points per 100 possessions in three of those four matchups. Theyâll get to the foul line at a high rate and typically limit other teams from getting to the line.
However, Los Angeles has allowed at least 139.2 points per 100 possessions over the last two games. The first was against the 76ers; the most recent game was the 133 points given up to the Pacers.
With the total sitting at just 218.5, I will back the Over in this game. Los Angeles canât do much right defensively. Even the 76ers woke up against the Clippers!
Bet: Over 218.5 (-110)
Phoenix Suns @ Denver Nuggets
The Suns were ultimately flat in their most recent game against the Spurs. Phoenix dominated the Spurs in the first two consecutive games against the Spurs. However, the offense didnât fare well on the glass and didnât see many foul shots against the Spurs.
Donât expect the Suns to get to the foul line consistently. However, you should expect them to shoot a very high effective field goal percentage. The Suns have hit at least a 61.6% effective field goal percentage in four of their last five games.
Meanwhile, the defense has also been good lately, holding its last four opponents to a 51.7% effective field goal percentage or worse. Itâs also super hard to add second chances against the Suns.
Phoenix will take on the Denver Nuggets, another well-balanced squad. Denver has been very consistent offensively. Over the last two games, the Nuggets have added over 40% of offensive rebounds and continue to get to the foul line at an above-average rate.
On defense, itâs more of the same. Theyâve limited teams to no more than a 55.8% effective field goal percentage in seven straight games. However, the defense hasnât been nearly as good as the offense has been. The Suns should at least stick around offensively, despite Jusuf Nurkic and Bradley Beal listed as game-time decisions.
Iâm going to rock with the Suns at +7.5 here.
Bet: Suns +7.5 (-105)
