Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Atlanta Hawks

The Cavaliers opened as favorites but have since dropped to +2.5 (-110) after the Evan Mobley news. Donovan Mitchell is already out with a knee injury and now Evan Mobley will miss some time with an ankle injury. Meanwhile, Max Strus also has a knee strain and likely won’t play.

Add on the fact that the Cavaliers just stunned the Celtics at home, and it’s likely they are a bit tired while being shorthanded tonight.

Meanwhile, the Hawks took care of business over the Knicks on the road. They’re heading home after a three-game road trip, where they went just 1-2.

The Hawks got some really good minutes out of multiple players against New York. Dejounte Murray added 21 points, six assists, and nine rebounds, while James Johnson scored 26 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists.

Both teams played last night. But with Atlanta home, they’ll have a little bit more in the tank to escape the Cavaliers tonight. That same Knicks team that looked lost against the Hawks defeated the Cavaliers, who looked lost against the Knicks.

Let’s back the Hawks. The offense will be much more consistent tonight.

Bet: Hawks (-135)

Chicago Bulls vs. Utah Jazz

The Utah Jazz are extremely shorthanded right now. The Jazz won’t have Lauri Markkanen, Walker Kessler, Taylor Hendricks, and Otto Porter Jr. Meanwhile, Keyonte George is listed as a game-time decision with an illness that kept him out of most of the matchup against the Washington Wizards.

The Jazz have lost three of their last four games. The only win came against the Washington Wizards, who easily look like the worst team in the NBA.

On the other hand, the Bulls have added three wins in their last five games and just earned a massive comeback over the Sacramento Kings on the road. Chicago has legitimate momentum heading into this game against a Jazz team that is basically filled with misfits and two-way players.

The Jazz will rely heavily on Collin Sexton, John Collins, and Jordan Clarkson. After those three, they are not left with much else, especially if George is out.

The Utah defense already ranks 25th in points per 100 possessions, allowing a 56.6% effective field goal percentage. That rate won’t get any better tonight. Let’s take the Bulls at -3.5 (-115).

Bet: Bulls -3.5 (-115)
