Mondayâs NBA Best Bets
(Odds courtesy of Caesars Sportsbook)
Indiana Pacers @ New York Knicks
Both of these teams have amazing young talent. The New York Knicks have Jalen Brunson, Donte DiVincenzo, and OG Anunoby. All of those players are great scorers and will be able to score plenty of points facing a Pacers team that has struggled defensively.
On the other side of the ball, the Pacers have proven to be an offensive powerhouse this season. What they lack in defense, they make up for in elite scoring ability. During the regular season, these teams averaged 238.6 points per game. The elite-level scoring on both teams and the consistent high-scoring games make the total points a great play tonight.
Bet: Total Points Over 217.0 (-110)
Minnesota Timberwolves @ Denver Nuggets
The Denver Nuggets are one of the few teams left in the playoffs with championship experience. That makes them a threat to win any night of the playoffs. However, throughout the season, the Timberwolves and Nuggets have gone back and forth. That worries me going into tonight's game.
When teams go back and forth like the Timberwolves and Nuggets have this season, there is betting value on the underdog. Bettors will want to lower the amount of units they place on this matchup, but the Timberwolves have the talent to win this game tonight.
Bet: Minnesota Timberwolves Moneyline (+192)
