Vegas Golden Knights (-230) vs. Chicago Blackhawks (+190) | O/U 6 (-120/+100)

It's a big night in Chicago as the fans will witness the home debut of Connor Bedard. The top pick has done well in his young career with a goal and two assists while leading the team with 20 shots on goal. For a team that finished near the bottom of the league last year, a 2-3-0 start isn't bad, and both are quality wins against the Maple Leafs and Penguins.

They'll be hosting the reigning champions, who have won all five games to start the season, with four coming on the puckline. They are getting contributions on both sides of the ice as they're top five in goals scored and allowed, with five players already having five or more points.

Starting with five straight on the road is brutal, and the crowd will be excited for this game, but the champs are playing so well at the moment that this young team doesn't have the firepower to compete.

Pick: Golden Knights -1.5 (+105)

Toronto Maple Leafs (-135) vs. Tampa Bay Lightning (+114) | O/U 7 (+105/-125)

The Maple Leafs got off to a great start this year by winning their first two but have dropped back-to-back games. This is still an explosive group of forwards, and they're 11th in expected goals, but they haven't been fortunate to find the net recently, scoring just two goals in the last two games.

The Lightning also come with an incredible roster of skaters, and they have been able to find the back of the net, but they are feeling the loss of Andrei Vasilevskiy. Their problem is they don't have a good enough blue line to support subpar replacement goaltending, and the team has the fourth-worst expected goal percentage against this year.

Anticipate a rebound game from the Toronto offense, and this will be a high scoring matchup.

Pick: Over 7 (+105)

Philadelphia Flyers (+210) vs. Dallas Stars (-258) | O/U 6 (-105/-115)

The Stars are playing well to start the season and have come away with a point in each game. The offense is 27th in points scored per game, but when you have Jake Oettinger between the pipes, you don't have to worry. His 1.58 goals allowed is third (Min. three starts), and he's yet to allow a goal on a high-danger shot.

Flyers goalie Carter Hart was spectacular last year with 2.94 goals allowed, and he's on another great run to start the season as his 2.01 GAA is fourth (Min. three starts). This year, he's getting offense support with the Flyer averaging 3.00 goals per game and the team has started 3-1-0.

Hart and Oettinger are very close in stats this year, and this will be an exciting matchup to watch.

Pick: Under 6 (-115)
