MLB Best Bets
St. Louis Cardinals (+128) at Texas Rangers (-152) | O/U 9.5 (-110/-110)
It has been a disastrous year for the Cardinals, and they currently have the worse record in the National League. The lineup has a great group of power bats with discipline, but the pitching hasn't done that well, as they are 27th in the opponent's batting average and strikeout percentage. They'll have top prospect Matthew Liberatore on the mound, and he comes with an electric fastball and fall-off-the-table curveball, but he's still trying to find his command.
The Rangers look like a real contender and have been great on both ends of the ball. Coming into yesterday, they had the sixth-best run differential through the first 58 games in the modern ball era (1901-present). Dane Dunning started the season in the bullpen, and his transition to rotation is going well, and he went 2-1 with a 2.28 ERA in May.
Dunning does provoke a lot of contact, which plays very well to this Cardinal lineup. Texas has been the best-scoring offense in the league this year, and they should get to the rookie hurler. I like this game to go over.
Pick: Over 9.5 (-110)

WNBA Best Bets
Indiana Fever at Chicago Sky
After starting the season 1-4, the Indiana Fever travel to Chicago to take on Kahleah Copper and the Sky. Chicago's season hasn't been all too bad at a 4-3 record, coming off a solid 86-82 win at New York.
What these two teams lack, however, is offense. Copper leads the Sky at 17.1 points per game, and Kelsey Mitchell leads the Fever with 17.2 points per game. As a team, the Fever rank 10th in offensive rating while the Sky are close behind at 11th. These are two of the worst offenses in the game going at it tonight.
Defensively is where these two teams excel, respectively. This is how Chicago has won their games by depending on their third-ranked defense. The Fever also offers a pace-down spot for the Sky, so there will be fewer possessions altogether.
This game screams under, and I am going to listen.
Pick: Under 159.5 (-110)
