Los Angeles Dodgers @ Washington Nationals

The Nationals will pitch left-hander Patrick Corbin in tonight's series opener against the Dodgers. Corbin has notoriously struggled against righties over the last couple of seasons. Last year, he allowed a .198 ISO and wOBA of .367 with only 15.4% of strikeouts. This year, it's more of the same. Corbin has allowed a .203 ISO and wOBA of .410 with only 12.7% of strikeouts against righties.

We'll stack the righties from the Los Angeles order.

Since last season, Mookie Betts has smashed a .344 ISO and wOBA of .449 with only 12.5% strikeouts against lefties. With those numbers, I wouldn't be surprised if he had a multi-hit game. Meanwhile, Will Smith has slugged a .199 ISO and wOBA of .369 with only 13.6% of strikeouts. He's expected to hit some hard contact against Corbin.

Finally, Teoscar Hernandez has hit a .231 ISO and wOAB of .348. His strikeout rate might be a bit high against lefties, but Corbin isn't much of a strikeout threat. That favors Hernandez, especially when he puts the ball in play.

After all, the righties in the Dodgers' lineup have hit only 31% of ground balls against lefties while hitting 29.2% of fly balls and 34.1% of line drives. Those righties should have a field day tonight.

Indiana Pacers @ Milwaukee Bucks

Damian Lillard had a fun first half against the Pacers in Game 1 of the series. He scored 35 points and led the Bucks to an insurmountable lead. However, the Pacers made some adjustments at halftime. Indiana beat the Bucks by double-digits in the second half and held Lillard scoreless in the second half.

The Pacers are an inexperienced bunch, with many playing in the first playoffs of their careers. They came out flat and unprepared but proved they were capable of beating Milwaukee in the second half.

After the Game 1 win, it's way more likely Giannis Antetokounmpo won't play in Game 2.

That should only help Pascal Siakam, who enjoyed 36 points and 13 rebounds on 15-for-25 from the floor in 40 minutes for the Pacers on Sunday. Meanwhile, Indiana knows they need more out of Tyrese Haliburton. He's averaged 27 points per game against the Bucks this season but only took seven shots in that Game 1 loss. While he's been less aggressive over the last couple of months, Indiana's All-Star guard needs to take more shots and lead the Pacers better.

If he does that, I've got the Pacers earning Game 2.

Bet: Pacers ML (-105)

Colorado Avalanche @ Winnipeg Jets

There was no shortage of scoring in Canada on Sunday, as the Avalanche and Jets combined for 13 goals in a 7-6 Winnipeg victory. Game 2 features a 9:30 p.m. ET puck drop from the Canada Life Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Game 1 was a back-and-forth barnburner, but as the game continued, it was clear that Colorado had a massive disadvantage in the crease. Alexander Georgiev got lit up for seven goals (.696 SV%) on just 23 shots against. The 28-year-old goaltender finished the season going 1-3-1 in April, posting a 5.21 GAA and .853 SV%.

Included in that five-game stretch is a 7-0 home beatdown at the hands of the Jets. This win, along with the Game 1 shootout, moved Winnipeg to 4-0-0 against Colorado this year, where they've out-scored the Avs 24-10. Connor Hellebuyck should bounce back tonight. The likely Vezina Trophy winner (2.39 GAA, .921 SV%) is just too good to have a second straight letdown. With the head-to-head stats, a massive edge in goaltending and home ice, I think it's a bargain to only lay -110 juice with the Jets on the moneyline.

Bet: Winnipeg Jets Moneyline (-110)
