Minnesota Twins @ Chicago White Sox

The Chicago White Sox will pitch Michael Soroka tonight. He’s a right-handed pitcher with a 6.83 ERA to begin the year. Soroka has been bad against both sides of the plate. He’s kept walks down to righties and has limited fly balls to righties. However, lefties have knocked 29.4% of fly balls and struck out only 9.9% of the time while hitting a .224 ISO and wOBA of .399 against Soroka this season.

We’ll stack some Minnesota lefties against Soroka here.

Since last season, Edouard Julien has hit a .239 ISO and wOBA of .386 against righties. Meanwhile, Max Kepler has smacked a .227 ISO and wOBA of .355 against righties in his last 426 plate appearances against righties. Finally, Alex Kirilloff has hit a .191 ISO and wOBA of .370 against his last 343 righties.

Minnesota has a ton of potential against Soroka tonight. You can’t go wrong stacking up any of the Minnesota lefties in a parlay, including Trevor Larnach.

Indiana Pacers @ Milwaukee Bucks

As of this morning, Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo are doubtful for tonight’s game. Therefore, the spread has already moved from -3.5 to -4.5 with the news.

Although the Bucks are home, Milwaukee is expected to struggle at home without their two best players. Without Lillard on Sunday, the Pacers put up their worst offensive performance in the playoffs, scoring 113 points per 100 possessions. Still, Milwaukee was weak on the offensive glass and didn’t get to the foul line at all.

On the other hand, the defense struggled just as badly as it has since Game 2. The Pacers notched 132.6 points per 100 possessions and shot a 65.5% effective field goal percentage with only 6.5% of turnovers. Indiana has turned the ball over no more than 8.2% over the three-game winning streak against the Bucks.

While the Bucks will have Bobby Portis Jr. back in the starting lineup, they realistically don’t have enough depth off the bench to force a Game 6.  Take the Pacers in Game 5. Milwaukee doesn’t have the offense to stick around.

Bet: Pacers -4.5 (-105)

Toronto Maple Leafs @ Boston Bruins

The Bruins took both games in Ontario last week, meaning they’ll return home for Game 5 with a 3-1 series lead. Puck drop for Game 5 is set for 7:00 p.m. ET from the TD Garden in Boston.

I’ve been on Boston in each game this series, and the venture has worked out well since they’re up 3-1. This is the most expensive moneyline price that we’ve seen on the Bruins, but the sportsbooks are finally catching up to the fact that Boston is simply the better team. Sure, it’s a little more juice than I’d like to lay, but I think Boston winning on their home ice is the safest bet in this game. Let’s lay it with the Bruins at home tonight.

First, it’s simply the head-to-head history between the two teams. Boston has owned Toronto in this rivalry, going 9-1-0 over the last 10 meetings! That includes a 6-1-0 stretch this season, where the B’s have out-scored their opposition 29-14. The other reason that I like the Bruins is because they’ve finally decided that Jeremy Swayman is the man to handle the netminding. The 25-year-old has been lights out this series, making 87 saves on 91 shots faced, which equates to a .956 SV% and 1.34 GAA. Let’s not overthink this one; lock in the Bruins.

Bet: Boston Bruins Moneyline (-165)
