San Francisco Giants @ Los Angeles Dodgers

This one is a bit wonky, but I expect a pitcher's duel between Tyler Glasnow and Kyle Harrison as the Dodgers win 3-2. Harrison has been supreme against Los Angeles' lineup, holding Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman to a combined 0-for-12 lifetime. That's extremely rare. He had a solid first outing, and I like the idea of zagging against such a powered lineup sometimes.

Even if the Dodgers score five runs, Glasnow could mow down the Giants, which I'm expecting him to do to some extent. In his third start of the season, hopefully, the Dodgers' hurler will have a bit higher pitch count to work with and reach double-digit Ks.

NBA Best Bets

Portland Trail Blazers @ Charlotte Hornets

It's a good thing we have wagering and fantasy sports because this game would be unwatchable otherwise. It does set up well for an SGP though, considering the 1.5-point spread separating the teams. This is also a fantastic spot for Deandre Ayton, who has come alive towards the end of the season when he sees the time on the floor. Since Jan. 24, when he has played 30+ minutes, he is averaging nearly 37 points + rebounds per game. He has gone over this line in 10 of those 17 games, but this contest profiles well for him. The Hornets have allowed the third-most points and second-most rebounds per game to opposing centers.

Dishing him the rock will likely be Scoot Henderson. The third-overall pick in this past year's draft is entrenched in the starting lineup and will see ample usage on the floor. He has recorded at least six assists in five of his last six games, averaging 14.2 potential assists per game over this span. The Hornets have allowed the third-most assists per game to point guards this season, so he should find his way to seven in this one.

Brandon Miller, the second-overall pick in the past year's draft, has started to find his shot to end the season. Over his last seven games, he has scored 19+ points in five games, averaging 20.3 per game. The Wizards don't have the defense to slow down anyone and are 29th in adjusted defensive rating on the season. With a plus-matchup on hand, Miller should be able to find at least 21 in this one.

NHL Best Bets

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Vancouver Canucks @ Arizona Coyotes

The night concludes out west as the Coyotes host the Canucks. Vancouver's coming off a 6-3 loss to Vegas last night, while Arizona hasn't played since Saturday's 8-5 home loss to the New York Rangers. This NHL nightcap is set for 10:00 p.m. ET from the Mullet Arena in Tempe, Ariz.

Vancouver's offense has cooled off a bit since their insane start to the season. They've dropped to seventh in overall offense, where they're scoring 3.4 goals per game. They're also just 12th on the power play, cashing 22.46% of their man-advantage opportunities. Over their last nine games (4-4-1), Vancouver's averaging just 2.8 goals per game.

On the flip side, Arizona is 22nd in overall offense (3.0 GPG) and 15th on the power play (22.27%). It looks like Vancouver is shifting to playoff mode, where they want to start grinding out wins rather than trying to boat race everyone like earlier in the year. Last night's 6-3 loss was the only game in their last eight that has featured over six goals. I think the defense returns tonight against the mediocre Yotes' offense. I'll play the under in Tempe.

Bet: Under 6.0 (+102)
