Following a 7-2 ATS run through three days of picks last week, we’ll look to keep the momentum moving forward as we kick off the send week of 2023. Here are a few spots I’m on for tonight’s slate. And here’s a closer look at Wizards vs. Pelicans.

Wizards vs. Pelicans: NBA Best Bets, Picks & Predictions (Monday)

Things were looking up for the Wizards, picking up five straight wins beginning on December 23rd, including a 118-95 road win over the Bucks on New Year’s Day. The two games since, with Bradley Beal again sidelined, have not been as pleasant, dropping both while allowing 123+ points in both.

For the Pelicans, the injury bug is also already threatening to derail their season. While Larry Nance Jr. is probable with a shoulder injury, the Pelicans aren’t dealing well with life without Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram. Having lost four of their past five, I like another defeat tonight in our nation’s capital.
