WNBA Odds, Picks & Predictions: Thursday (5/30)

The 2024 WNBA is upon us and I will be here breaking down the top picks on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays this season. Join me as we build our bankrolls this summer!

Here are my top WNBA picks for Thursday, May 30.

Thursday’s Best WNBA Picks

Seattle Storm (-4.5) at Indiana Fever (+154) | O/U 167.5 (-110/-110)

Clark is 4-4 against this PRA number this season but that includes a current 3-1 stretch. The rookie guard is averaging 17.3 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 6.3 assists (29 PRA) however she has hit this 31.5 number in three of her last four games. During this current four-game stretch, she is averaging 17.5 points, 7.8 rebounds and 7 assists (32.3 PRA) so this number is actually pretty reasonable and she should hit it.

Clark already dropped a 35 PRA (21 p, 7r, 7a) against these same Storm in Seattle back on May 22 in an 85-83 loss so she should have no trouble duplicating that line within the friendly confines of Gainbridge Fieldhouse. On top of that, the Fever will be without the services of both Erica Wheeler (personal) and Temi Fagbenle (foot) which will only lead to a heavier load on Clark. Take the Over.

WNBA Pick: Caitlin Clark Over 31.5 Points+Rebounds+Assists (-115)

Los Angeles Sparks (+160) at Chicago Sky (-4.5) | O/U 163.5 (-110/-110)

Mabrey is off to a great start, leading the Sky in points (16.8) and assists (4.8) in the early goings so this prop is part and parcel to that. Mabrey has hit this number in four of five games this season with her last contest against the Storm the lone failure. If you take out her 7-4-2 line leading to that anomaly of a 13 PRA, Mabrey is averaging 19.3 points, 7 rebounds, and 5.5 assists (31.8 PRA) so this number should be confidently bet.

Caitlin Clark just dropped a line of 30 points (career-high), five rebounds, and six assists (41 PRA) against these same Sky on Tuesday so Mabrey should have no problem reaching 28. Take the Over here.
