WNBA Player Prop Bet Odds & Picks

Last time: 2-1 | Season: 2-1 | Odds via DraftKings Sportsbook

Rhyne Howard Over 29.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-115)

I couldn’t figure out which prop to take over for Rhyne Howard tonight so I figured I’d just combine them all. The Mystics this season have been bad. They rank dead last in rebound rate, 10th in defensive efficiency with over 80 points a game allowed and they are still a pace-up spot for Atlanta. Howard has consistently scored 20+ points in three of her last five efforts while still grabbing boards. She knows how to dish it and still shows up on the road. Coming off a game against one of the best defenses in the league in the Minnesota Lynx, especially with some rest, this is an easy bet to make. Washington seems to be the team to fade here, so I’m partially taking that angle, but Howard is an excellent guard and I truly expect the Kentucky guard to excel in this matchup.

Sabrina Ionescu Over 2.5 Three-Pointers Made (-115)

To go with more overs, I am going to back Sabrina Ionescu with the Liberty as a clear double-digit favorite in what should be a blowout at home. The Liberty guard has made two threes in each of her last two games but she is capable of so much more. The attempts are there with her taking at least six looks in every contest so far. The Mercury own the ninth-ranked defense in the league and a lot of that comes from perimeter scoring by opponents. Phoenix also has the highest pace in the league so the Liberty will be running and gunning in this one. To be playing at home with familiar hoops, in a pace-up spot against a bad defense where Ionescu will get her looks with ease is a recipe for a delicious bet to be making.

A’ja Wilson Over 10.5 Rebounds (-120)

It feels a bit risky to back such an already increased line that’s juiced to -120 but A’ja Wilson should gobble tonight on the glass. To start, Vegas has the single best defensive rebound rate in the league, reeling in 75% of opponents’ misses. The Lynx are one of the worst offensive rebounding teams in the nation so I imagine that percentage will be higher tonight because of the matchup. Wilson is the first person on the glass for Las Vegas. With the Lynx boasting the best defense in the league in the early going, it’s easy to expect Wilson to grab a few offensive boards while she’s at it. Minnesota’s Napheesa Collier is a force down low and on the glass but I don’t expect it to be a match for Wilson, who’s averaging almost 13 rebounds a game. Considering this is a prime spot to real in a lot of boards, I’ll gladly pay the juice.
