WWE Money in the Bank 2024: Odds, Picks & Predictions
The WWE Royal Rumble will always claim the title of most enjoyable Premium Live Event (PLE) thanks to its 30-person, over-the-top, last-wrestler-standing structure. However, Money in the Bank is no slouch when it comes to WWE PLEs that are not only entertaining but also play a part in future WWE storylines as the winners get a future title shot. The 2024 Money in the Bank emanates live from Toronto, Ontario, Canada at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday, July 6.
Money in the Bankâs structure is simple â itâs a multi-person ladder match in which the winner is the one who grabs a hanging briefcase from the rafters that is enclosed with a championship match contract the winner can cash in at any time, any place â as long as they do so within a year. Last yearâs Money in the Bank briefcases were secured by Damian Priest on the menâs side while Iyo Sky grabbed the womenâs briefcase.
Priest waited until this yearâs WrestleMania on April 7 to cash in his briefcase on an unsuspecting (and just crowned) World Heavyweight Champion Drew McIntyre. Iyo Sky waited just barely a month before successfully cashing in her briefcase at the 2023 SummerSlam, where she defeated Bianca Belair en route to her first WWE Womenâs Championship. Letâs break down the WWE Money in the Bank 2024 betting odds and make a couple of betting predictions.

Menâs Money in the Bank Betting Odds & Preview
Jey Uso | -175 |
Drew McIntyre | +150 |
Chad Gable | +525 |
LA Knight | +1200 |
Andrade | +1400 |
Carmelo Hayes | +1400 |
The Menâs 2024 Money in the Bank match is stacked with talent; however, only two men stand out as potential briefcase holders: Jey Uso (the favorite at -175) and Drew McIntyre (second-best odds at +150). Theyâre the only two you can tell plausible stories to briefcase glory.
âMain Eventâ Jey Uso is one of the most popular and over wrestlers in the WWE Universe and came out as one of the biggest winners of The Bloodline saga. His recent accolades include making it to the semi-final of the 2024 King of the Ring tournament and a win over Finn Balor and Rey Mysterio in a triple-threat qualifier match for Money in the Bank. A victory over the weekend could vault him to true main event status and bring us the âSummer of Yeet.â
WWE has been testing the waters with a potential Jey Uso-Damian Priest program as the two have wrestled each other 1-on-1 five times since Mayâs WWE Backlash France PLE, according to Cagematch.net. That includes house shows and dark matches.
The other contender, Drew McIntyre, has recently been involved in a couple of triple-threat house show matches with Damian Priest and Jey Uso, which could be some foreshadowing as well. However, BetOnline does not offer odds for a tie, and it seems like an illogical booking decision anyway. What doesnât seem so far-fetched is Drew McIntyre winning and getting revenge on the man who ended his most recent title reign that lasted just under five minutes.
Drew McIntyre winning Money in the Bank is an easy story to tell. What better revenge narrative is there than winning Money in the Bank, cashing the briefcase on last yearâs winner, who humiliated you on the âGrandest Stage of Them Allâ, and getting your title back? It wouldnât be so far-fetched for Drew McIntyre to cash in his contract the same night. Again, BetOnline doesnât offer such a bet.
Bet: Drew McIntyre (+150)
Womenâs Money in the Bank Betting Odds & Preview
Tiffany Stratton | -200 |
Chelsea Green | +110 |
Zoey Stark | +1000 |
Lyra Valkyria | +1200 |
Naomi | +1400 |
Iyo Sky | +3300 |
The odds-on favorite to win the Womenâs Money in the Bank is Tiffany Stratton (-200), with plenty of people predicting it will soon be âTiffy Timeâ. A briefcase victory would begin Tiffany Strattonâs ascent into the main event. Itâs only a matter of time before she becomes a major part of the womenâs division in WWE. A Money in the Bank win wouldnât be a total surprise. However, thereâs a case to be made for Chelsea Green in her home country of Canada shocking the world and taking home the briefcase.
A Stratton victory puts a lot of pressure on the 25-year-old from Minnesota to cash in her Money in the Bank contract successfully (and potentially soon). Any bump in the road of a potential Stratton cash in, title victory and championship run could put a damper on a quickly ascending career for the rising star. She doesnât need the Money in the Bank briefcase.
Chelsea Green, on the other hand, has won over fans through her character and mic work, becoming one of the more entertaining and engaging wrestlers â on the menâs or womenâs side â in WWE. Her comedic timing and charisma are made for a comedy run as the Money in the Bank holder and the WWE creative team would be able to milk a very long and compelling run as her as the briefcase holder.
Weâve seen unorthodox winners in the past, think Nikki A.S.H. in 2021 or Otis the year prior in 2020. Winning Money in the Bank would put a bow on Chelsea Greenâs second stint in the company and cement her Cinderella run after being released in 2021. Happy (belated) Canada Day.
Bet: Chelsea Green (+110)
